Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only under the following circumstances:
✅ Size Issues
- If the product doesn’t fit, you can request a size replacement.
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all original tags intact
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an exchange.
✅ Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fabric or color
- Orders placed by mistake
- Slight variations in color due to lighting/screen differences
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only in the following rare cases:
- A replacement is not possible due to out-of-stock items
- The product was never delivered (logistics failure confirmed by courier)
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
